I am Chiara Grendele, a psychologist registered in the A‑Register of the Veneto Region.
I work to promote psychological well‑being and support people in times of emotional, relational, or life‑transition challenges.My approach places the person as an active protagonist in their own growth journey.
The goal is to foster better psychological balance and deepen self-awareness, guiding those who turn to me in overcoming anxiety, stress, relational or behavioural difficulties.Through personalised pathways, I help to develop effective strategies for managing emotions, thoughts and behaviours, promoting overall well-being.I firmly believe in the value of the relationship and the possibility of change: every session represents a space for listening, awareness, and shared growth.

Support paths aimed at those who wish to know themselves better, rediscover balance and develop strategies to manage anxiety, stress and relational or behavioural difficulties.Through cognitive techniques and tools for emotional self‑regulation, I accompany the person toward greater self‑awareness and strengthening of their own resources.Psychological support pathways dedicated to children and adolescents with Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Programs designed for athletes and teams to enhance focus, motivation, and self-confidence.The goal is to optimize performance, manage mistakes, and face competitive challenges with mental balance.
Through an integrated approach, I combine cognitive and emotional regulation techniques with practical mental training exercises, using innovative tools such as reaction lights to develop decision-making speed, attention, and mind-body coordination.
A mind trained as well as the body becomes the key to unlocking one’s full potential, in training and in competition.

Spaces for sharing and growth dedicated to small groups of people with common experiences, such as:- Athletes, to foster stress management, performance and group dynamics.- Developmental age, groups dedicated to strengthening Life Skills essential for balanced growth and psychological well‑being of children and adolescents.- Calm and awareness spaces, for those who want to reduce tension and stress, learning practical techniques and self‑regulation.- Pregnant women and new mothers, to face the emotional changes of the pre‑ and post‑partum.- Parents, to improve communication and support the growth of children.The group becomes a place for comparison, mutual support and awareness.

Support paths to develop effective learning and organisational strategies.Specific programs for children and adolescents with Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).Through techniques of planning, time management, memorisation and concentration, I accompany you to discover your study style, improve autonomy in study and deal with the stress related to school commitments.

Interventions aimed at educators, coaches, teachers and technical staff.Projects designed to enhance communicative and relational skills, encourage positive group dynamics and promote a climate of well‑being in educational and sporting contexts.Activities are tailor‑made and may include workshops, informational meetings and psycho‑educational sessions.
